+ What level are your classes for?
Laura conducts her classes to meet the needs of all levels of yoga experience and all levels of fitness (see student eligibility). Students are encouraged to go at the pace that is appropriate for them. Laura will show modifications throughout the class to make the poses either more basic or more challenging depending on the individual needs.
+ Are there any student eligibility requirements?
Yes. Students must be between the ages of 12 and 62, must be in good physical condition, and not currently suffering from any injury or disability that would limit your participation in this exercise. Students outside this age range, or who are pregnant, may not participate.

The class is the perfect balance of a stretching, strengthening, and relaxation. We start with sun salutations to warm up the body for more challenging poses. Next, we practice standing poses to improve balance, strength and coordination followed by seated poses to stretch the spine and improve flexibility. The class ends with a peaceful guided relaxation.
