New Students Yoga FAQ

Laura offers a unique value to Yoga students of all levels. Her private yoga studio provides a relaxing environment where everyone feels welcome and a part of her Yoga community. Laura provides double layered Yoga mats, towels, blankets, Pilates balls and bands, and eye pillows for deep relaxation. You need only bring yourself and a water bottle to class. Please come 10 minutes early to fill out a new student form. The yoga studio is climate controlled, with air conditioning and heating if needed. Please also review the new student eligibility requirements.
