Summer 2010 Schedule

For New Students - No need to register for a specific class. Please arrive 10 minutes prior to your first class to complete a new student form.  Beginners are always welcome, and classes are designed so everyone can go at their own pace. Please also see the student eligibility requirements.

Each San Diego Yoga class includes hatha yoga and pilates toning for yoga abs, buns, legs, and arms of steel!

San Diego Yoga Schedule

 

Mats and towels are provided. Just bring a water bottle and wear comfortable clothes. Classes will be done with bare feet so no need to worry about which shoes to wear.
