Pilates instructor.
Drawing from her 20 years of experience teaching fitness classes,
Laura has developed Yoga routines that stretch, strengthen
and relax every part of your body.
Laura understands how today's hectic lifestyle can be emotionally
and physically stressful. Her classes will help you feel relaxed,
centered, strong, flexible, and focused.
