Each Yoga class includes some pilates toning for yoga abs, buns, legs, and arms of steel!

 

New Students

No need to register for a specific class- Just arrive 10 minutes prior to your first class to complete a new student form.


Mats and towels are provide- Just bring a water bottle and wear comfortable clothes. Classes will be done with bare feet so no need to worry about which shoes to wear.

Beginners are welcome in all of the classes. The classes are designed so everyone can go at their own pace.
