San Diego Yoga Classes

Welcome to Amazing Yoga and Pilates!  My name is Laura, and I am a certified Yoga and Pilates instructor. My private Yoga studio is centrally located in the Clairemont area, and my classes provide a unique combination of stretching, strengthening and relaxation for all levels and all ages. Please see my current schedule for days and times of classes.
